PICKLED RED ONION
Our Pickled Red onion! We Pickle it with mustard seeds + peppercorns and also beetroot to give it a naturally brighter colour! We eat it with everything.
// Very versatile this one! It's great in rice bowls, salads, sarnies (particularly a cheese toastie) + a BBQ must have. Also really great with a creamy cheese, with sausage mash + gravy or with a ragu or spag bol (just chop + stir through at end). The leftover vinegar also makes a delicious salad dressing - just add olive or sesame oil!
All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made in small batches by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
